Description
Centre for Psychology’s training equips individuals and teams with the skills, tools and confidence to support neurodivergent individuals. This will involve learning more about the neurodiversity spectrum, exploring co-occurrent mental health conditions with Autism and ADHD and discussing how to support neurodivergent individuals through CBT, evidence-based strategies and signposting to support services.

Workshop Leaders

Emily Boswell is a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner and member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
Bethany Gill is an Assistant Psychologist.

We aim to cover the following over the 3 hour workshop:
