Description
Centre for Psychology’s training equips individuals and teams with the skills, tools and confidence to look after themselves, spot the signs of common mental health difficulties in others and respond to the mental health needs of another. This Mental Health Awareness Training is for individuals linked with University of Surrey only. 

Workshop Leaders
Jessica Cooper is a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner and member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
Chloe Brockies is a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner and member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
