Description
Centre for Psychology’s training aims to help individuals recognise symptoms of stress and learn ways to support themselves and maintain wellbeing within the workplace.

Workshop Leaders
Jessica Cunningham is a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner and member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
Rachel Jordan is a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner and member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
