How can we help?
Within Surrey the NHS primarily funds CBT which involves identifying unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviours in order to change the way we feel. CBT can help with a number of common difficulties such as depression, anxiety, stress, worry, social anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, phobias, health anxiety and panic attacks. Other psychological interventions are available.
We also partner with Richmond Fellowship to provide an Employment Support service which again is important to psychological well-being for many people. These services are provided at no cost to residents aged 17+ who are registered with a local GP practice. Refer yourself directly here.
